Your Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How long will my order take?

    For my current 'make' times, please see individual listings. All items are handmade by me and are made in order. I am extremely grateful for your order and will try really hard to meet any specific date requirements that you have. Please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

  • How much is delivery?

    Of course this depends on the item, I securely package anything I send by mail and usually use Royal Mail, first class signed for. An example would be a belt in a cotton bag then a bubble 'Jiffy' bag would cost about £5.00 anywhere in the UK.

  • Can I exchange items?

    Yes if the item has no signs of use and is not personalised or hasn't been made or fitted to you (or the intended recipient) in any way. Please get in touch and we can discuss the best way to solve any problems you might have. Costs may be incurred.

  • Are you interested in other leather projects?

    Yes, always! I love a challenge or a collaboration project. You are very welcome to visit the workshop and work with me at any or all stages of design through make - I would really enjoy meeting and working with you.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, I have them printed, they can be completed for any amount to cover any item, course or collaborative project. I sign each individualy and they can be posted out. Pleae get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.

  • Can I visit your workshop?

    Yes, I'd love to meet you and discuss your needs but please text/message/email or call me first just to make sure I'm in (07811 265190)
