Handmade leather belt

Hand made, saddle stitched leather belts made from English bridle leather to last a lifetime. They are available in popular widths of 1", 1.25" and 1.5" and 'almost ' any length.

My belts are made from the finest materials I can buy, the leather is best English bridle butt (that I also use for bridles and head collars) from old English tanneries which can take over 12 months to move through the tanning process. The buckles are from an old foundry in Walsall and the thread is waxed synthetic known throughout the world as 'Tiger' thread from Germany.

Each belt is unique, made specifically to fit you so I need the length of your belt from the buckle to your comfortable use hole (as shown in the diagram), please don't just quote your trouser size you might be surprised to find this could be 4" out!

There are a number of leather colours available - black, dark Havana (dark brown), London tan (light tan), dark stain (rich dark tan), Australian nut (rich red/brown) and the buckles are available in brass or nickel plated brass (silver).

Such a simple, functional thing but made in a very tradition way there are over 30 steps in the process and I use over 25 different hand tools.

I truly believe this belt will last 'a life time', yes it will change colour and become moulded to your shape eventually but it will age gracefully and never let you down!

Please note, as leather is a natural product there will be slight variations in colour and it will tend to darken over time.
